I just had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a mechanic shop, thanks to Manassas City Automotive. From start to finish, the service was incredible. The team was super professional and genuinely nice. They fixed my car for the most fair price I've ever paid, and they were incredibly efficient—finishing the job even earlier than they promised. Jose is a literal miracle worker; I told him I just need the car to last a few more months. They don't make all parts for my car anymore and I didn't think he could do it and was preparing for the loss, but he made it happen. He also found someone to replace my windshield at $180 less than what other shops quoted me at. tip: if their phone lines aren't working, just go to the shop, their phone system could probably use an update but it's not a big deal if you're local.
