We drove in with a loud squill in the rear tire without an appointment. We are from out of town and the young lady that served us told me she would try to get my van in but it may be 2 hrs. We said yes having no other option. About 10 mins later she said she could squeeze us in. 30 min later the problem, a stone between the rotor and pad, was fixed. Thanks for the prompt service. Was from another state on vacation when my truck started having problems. Made it to Front Royal and found this dealership. Took the truck there at 6:00 in the morning, no appointment and they got me right in. Found the issue and had the parts. Was out of there by 10;10 running great. The entire staff was amazing.

They ordered the parts for my recall and notified me when part came in. Setup an appointment within 2 days. Told me an estimated time it would take to be serviced. The estimate was pretty accurate. Will be using Marlow motors for my work in future situations. They had fixed my backup camera on a previous visit and cost me my $100 deductible. It's been working great since. Very friendly people at Marlow. Thanks

I was passing through Front Royal and my front wheel bearing came apart. I called Herb at Marlow and he recommended a towing company. Once I got there. He was able to give me a time Monday that I should expect to hear back with the diagnosis. I was very surprised to hear back from Scott prior to 8 AM Monday. He explained what was found, gave me an estimate and a completion time. I picked up the truck Wednesday and everything was done as promised. Scott treated me like I have known him for years. Scott, Herb and everyone at Marlow was happy and polite. A true small town business! I would recommend Marlow to anyone local and if you are just passing through and need help, Marlow will take care of you! Thanks again Scott, Herb and everyone else I talked to.
