I started coming here after I read the reviews and there is no other shop I trust to do as good of a job. Kevin and the team offer the most honest and reliable professional auto service. Growing up my Dad would do most of the maintenance on our family cars. Kevin has helped and looked out for me over the past 6-7 years. He is honest, the pricing is very reasonable, and the work is done well - the first time. There is no one in an office at a computer checking you in or trying to earn their sales commissions - just the owner and his team, all working hard on taking care of customers cars. I’ve had other franchise shops tell my mom, her car a ‘03 Honda Civic, that she would have to get a new car after a multi point checkup - took it to Kevin and his team fixed what needed to be done for a good deal. He even let me borrow a diagnostic code reader when I needed one - sold me an extra he had for me to keep. They don’t have an ample lobby or coffee and snacks, but there are plenty of places to wait at the shopping center.

My tire was going flat and it was totally dark in the pouring rain. They were closed and he still took my car in anyways and patched the tire and had me back on the road in no time. It’s clear they take extreme pride in their craft and are good people to boot.

I am super grateful to the men at this shop that jumped in to help me when my brakes stopped working. I’m not sure what his name is, but I believe he was the “Master Mechanic” and he went above and beyond to fix my car quickly and efficiently. I told him I was not from the area and he began working on my car immediately so I didn’t have to sit around the area waiting. Thank you guys so much for your help, I will send all of my friends in the area to your shop!

I want to say I was having a lot of issues with my BMW. And to get a simple inspection and have my car look over was going to be pricey. Kevin did it for a third of the price, a solid honest mechanic is hard to find. Glad I met you sir!

I visited Master Auto based on a friend’s recommendation and had my 2007 Mazda 6 serviced for brake pad and rotor replacement. The service was excellent, clear and reliable, and the price was very reasonable. I’m very satisfied and will definitely come back if I need any future work. Thank you!
