Order 4 tires from Tire Rack and learned this is their recommended installer in McLean. Tire Rack shipped the tires directly to the shop, which was very helpful. I was able to get an appointment the next day and the work was done on time and with zero issues. These are large, heavy 21” SUV wheels and there wasn’t a single scratch or scuff on any of the polished rims. Tire pressure sensors were transferred without issue and all filler caps replaced. This was much better than other places in the area that I have had mount and balance tires. Price was exactly what was quoted by Tire Rack when I bought the tires. I dropped the car at 8am and picked it up by 11am. Overall, I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Very thankful for service I received. My car battery died at the gas pump. A service technician immediately jumped the car and moved it to their garage. He discussed options with me and then, at my request, installed a new battery. They took time to pump up my tires and air-blow the engine while I was waiting. They did it all in minutes even though they were working on other cars at the time. They were honest, quick, respectful and competent. I’d go back in a flash.

I changed engine oil and break fluids for my mustang. Great people to talk with. They are nice and patient. The price are fine for me. I choose better quality oil change with $108 and break fluids change with $185. For me, it is a great place to go!
