The person who answered the phone refused to provide cost information on my repairs when requested. I provided my phone number and email but for some reason it was impossible to get information via either method. I initially asked for them to evaluate my A/C and heating system, but following their diagnostic, he informed me that I had other issues. When he decided to provide the cost for the services, he just started reading them out as quickly as he could. I asked what repairs were necessary for me to drive my car safely, attempting to still request service. He refused to explain what repairs were needed for the car to drive safely and hung up in my face. The customer service is horrible at this location. When I could get a call or get through the line, I was constantly told he wasn’t going to provide me any resources to determine if I would ask for any services. I will not be returning for any services to this auto shop

My most recent oil and filter change cost me over $150 — more than $50 higher than the exact same service on the same vehicle just six months earlier. When I asked why, the service manager claimed it was due to “increased labor costs.” I find it hard to believe that labor for a routine oil change on the identical car jumped 50 % in half a year. To make matters worse, the advisor told me the vehicle needed a complete brake job (pads + rotors all around) and quoted/charged me over $1,500. Afterward I discovered they installed low-end aftermarket parts instead of the factory original or OEM components I expected and was willing to pay for. No mention of using cheaper parts was made upfront, and no approval was obtained to substitute them. Because of the unexplained price surge and the use of sub-par brake components without my consent, I have lost all trust in this dealership’s service department and will not be returning.

20230204 Stopped here for State Inspection. I drove around and found the state inspection line along the side of the building on McLaren. The inspection station entrance is next to the car wash entrance. There were 4 cars ahead of me plus one being inspected. I watched some videos while I waited. The inspector doesn't talk much but was nice. I waited inside the convenient store and they had 2 chairs for people waiting for service. The bathroom is very clean and the nice man working at the register was very friendly. Each car takes about 15 mins to inspection assuming there is no issues.

I took my car to get new front brake pads and rotors the week of 7/17. Upon picking up my car, I notice the back right tire was completely flat. I addressed this with the Manager (Ameen), who told me he had nobody available, and instead of addressing the issue he abruptly left the shop. I waited around for 30 minutes, and then went around back to find a mechanic myself. A kind gentlemen took a look at my car, and found a screw in the tire and an identical one nearby my car in the shop’s lot. He then “plugged” the tire and sent me on my way. I left a message for the shop owner for when he returned. When I talked to him a couple of days later he refused to take responsibility, regardless of the fact that it was a new tire with less than 5K miles, that he left it to me to get someone to fix the tire, and that the tire was damaged on his property. I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for over 5 years, and am disappointed I have to take my business elsewhere now that Josh (the former shop manager) is gone. I encourage others to reconsider continuing to bring their cars here in light of the management change.

Without planning it, I revisited this Shell station today. Somehow I got a bolt stuck in my right rear tire. In a panic, I came in to see if they could help me. After first finding out what the job was that I needed help with, the attendant then told me he was busy and couldn't fit me in. He directed me to take the job somewhere else; across the street to a tire dealer who in his words, would probably charge me more but it couldn't be helped. I left feeling like how can you turn a woman away, who is about to be stranded, when it would only be like a 30 minute job for you?? For the second time, I don't have a good feeling about this place. --------- **UPDATED REVIEW ⬆️ ** --------- Stopped here to get some gas and noticed that they did inspections. Walked over to see what their hours were and overheard a man getting a bit snippy with one of his customers was there for an inspection. Change my mind about getting my own inspection done there.
