Mike and his team provided exceptional service. I took my mother's vehicle in for a state inspection the last week of the month- stressful. Not too many options available due to backlog for these inspections. Time was of the essence. Fortunately they fit me in and told me dont worry, we can help. Unfortunately they found a major oil leak. Critters caused some damage and Mike took pictures of the nest they left behind. What impressed me the most is his advice to look at the pictures and do my due diligence before deciding to move forward. I was impressed. When everything was done, he gave me suggestions to avoid this from happening again by using moth balls. He offered to put them in the car. I took him up on his offer and they showed me where to place them under the hood in the future. Another item to note with this business is the "Team Work" . I told Mike that I had no idea they would clean the oil and do such a great job. He proceeded to introduce me to the person who did the work so I could thank him directly. I highly recommend them. They cared were honest, went above and beyond and charged a fair price. Thank you to an exceptional team including the front desk!

Update: I used the 3M Ultra Headlight Restoration Kit for less than $20, I replaced both brake lights for $12, a screwdriver, and 5 minutes. When I went to a place my friend recommended to me, they were confused why I had a rejection sticker at all and asked to see the receipt as they couldn't find what was wrong with my car. Your girl has her approved state inspection with no help from anyone here! :) Please do not let any mechanic talk down to you or make you feel like they are the only ones who can fix your car when it comes to maintenance you should do yourself. The tools and skills they're referring to will last longer than a DIY kit, but not by much, and it's such an easy process that it's not worth wasting money on. Let this shop be mad because more people will know they overcharge. TL:DR Wonderful customer service, deceptive language and high risk of upcharging if you do not appear to know what you're doing. Despite the kindness, I will not be returning. I visited the location for the advertised state inspection. On a positive note, the staff there are amicable, especially the younger technician I personally interacted with. They are among the few places that provide customers with ample time to consider their repair options. When I asked questions about the services, he allowed me sufficient time to decide and did not pressure me to proceed with any services, even when I declined additional work and instead accepted the rejection sticker and the 15 days to solve the issues listed. On the negative side, I needed a brake light replaced, and my headlights are foggy. They offered to handle these issues, quoting a total of $250 including the inspection. During the explanation, I was told that "we have to take out the entire tail light and replace the bulb". I believe this description is misleading as it implies changing the entire cover, or that it is complicated to change the light; removing the tail light typically involves only a few screws, disconnecting, and then putting in the new bulb, which is a straightforward process available online for many vehicle models. Most new bulbs are from $10-$20 and replacement takes 10 minutes. Similarly, sanding headlights to improve clarity is a more involved process than changing a bulb, but it doesn't justify the high cost of $230. It's a process of removing grime from the light cover, often with fine grit sandpaper, and then sealing with wax. The process takes about 30 minutes, the kits are $20 dollars. It is certainly involved, but it is not something that can only be done by professionals. Fortunately, I am familiar with how these repairs work, and accomplished them in about two hours and for roughly $40, not including borrowed tools. I highly recommend anyone look into these sorts of repairs before letting people do it for you. While the staff are friendly and professional, I sensed there may have been an attempt to overcharge me, possibly because I am a young woman driving a "cute" car. It appears that customers who seem unaware of automotive details may be at higher risk of being upsold or charged more than necessary.

I made an appointment for state inspections. After a short wait, the mechanics found some issues. They didn't pressure this middle-aged lady into a bunch of work. They recommended taking it to my own mechanic for repair. I asked for an estimate, and theirs came in below what my web search said the work should cost. I will be returning in a week for the repairs. 10/10

I was driving through and had realized had to get some maintenance and inspection done for my car, I came to this gas station and was very happy. Everybody was really professional and friendly. And they do reliable work.

They did a great job replacing the struts on my car. It drives like it's brand new. They even cut me a deal on the repairs which was very generous of them.
