I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership two years ago when it was Jerry’s Chevrolet. Unfortunately, I hit an open manhole with the vehicle and needed to purchase a new tire rim to replace it. I came to the dealer because it was the easiest, fastest option. When I picked up the new wheel, they charged me a core fee - not something I’ve ever heard of. I brought the wheel back and the parts guy said that I would be unable to get the core fee back without the box. They never mentioned that I would need to bring the box back. I’ve been hesitant to return to this dealership since they’ve changed ownership. Guess I was right. I won’t be back.

I went into Michelle Radley looking at a used 2019 Kia Forte. What originally was supposed to be an uphill battle for financing in terms of a used car, quickly turned into a streamlined, smooth, NEW car buying purchase. Jennifer, who I have a bought a previous car from, was great in transitioning me from the used car I had come in on. Braydon helped me originally, but I ended up not being available at the time I thought, so ended up touching base with Jen. Jen, Misha and the finance team made this process simple, quick and as painless as a new car purchase in 2025 can be. Ended up with a 2025 Chevy Trailblazer RS, and its amazing. Seriously. And new. Something I didnt think I could achieve. If you're on the fence, go talk to them. Not only is it almost always worth having the conversation, but with Radley, you'll also be heard and understood. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 Thumbs up and a Patridge in a pear tree car buying experience.

Recently great experience with Jerry's and Tommy, specifically, in the parts department. My 2015 suburban needed a replacement illuminated door sill part. Chevy recently discontinued that part, but Tommy was able to track down a remaining pair and had it to me within 2 days of ordering.
