It's definitely a local owned business, Bryan will make sure to get you taken care of. He also will talk your head off if you let him. Overall, my experiences there have been great.

Trustworthy! Grandchild was driving one of our cars back to college and power steering went out near Front Royal. Called Midway for towing, talked to Brian for assessment. Repairs completed, grandchild returned for car, drove it for a few weeks and ps pump that was replaced failed again. I replaced it again at home this time. Brian sent me a check for the failed pump. Pretty decent treatment from someone I've never met! Would have been 5 stars if the repaired pump hadn't failed.

Not worth 1 star. Truly the most pathetic service that I have ever received.I called and was told to bring my vehicle in the following week. I dropped it off on the following Wednesday and was told that they would try to get around to it by the end of the week. Another week goes by and I get a call saying that I need the intake manifold gasket replaced.I was quoted 5 or 6 hours labor at 70 dollars an hour so I agreed. Long story short my vehicle is finished 15 days after the day I dropped it off at a cost of 1336.00. I was told there was alot of "cleanup" ...C'mon!!. Bit my tongue and paid and thought "Well I'll just never deal with them again". 2 weeks later..Losing coolant again.Looked in expansion tank and noticed someone has poured head gasket in a can in there.If there was a head gasket issue it should have been addressed when everything was tore down. The price I paid was a common head gasket repair price anyway. Called and left messages with no response. You have been warned. These people are sorry excuses for mechanics not to mention very rude to every person I saw come in for inspection..
