Theresa and Michale were helping us with a new Jeep Cherokee purchase. They were amazing and extremely professional. They answered all questions that we had and walked us through the process smoothly. We were nervous about the negotiation; however, guess what - evrythign turned out wonderful. All staffs were very friendly. Thank you All for your help ans wish the businees is going well.

Probably the worst service department I’ve ever encountered. Rude, terrible service, and horrible follow-up. I had a set of tires swapped. They lost the wheel lock, put the wrong one back in the truck, and even mix-matched a worn tire with a new on the same axle causing terrible pull. Then, when I tried to address the wheel lock issue, they denied it was their fault and we’re less than accommodating. I had to go through sales, who had to get the owner involved, to get the issue resolved. Absolutely terrible all the way around.

The CSR was great, I believe his name was jim, but I was followed up with by a man named mike. I had my grand Cherokee in for a recall. They did it rather quickly. But the technician had absolutely tore my vehicle apart. My center console was emptied out and everything was thrown about my Jeep, they didn’t even finish putting my vehicle back together as my center console area was still half apart. I ended up fixing it myself and cleaning up my belongings. Highly unprofessional of the tech, as well as the CSR for not checking. If you had to access these areas for the recall why not warn the customer ahead of time and tell them to remove the items. It was extremely aggravating to find my belongings thrown all about the front of my vehicle when returned to me. The only item that was left in its place was my 8 round mag for my .45 1911.

You can expect an oil change to take about 3 hours. You can also expect to stand around waiting for someone to help you for about 15 minutes when you arrive. The work will get done and it will get done correctly, it'll just take some time to happen.

Absolute pleasure working with Grayson Grouge and Oscar Hernandez at Safford of Warrenton. Was able to get into an awesome fully loaded Ram Rebel and was very smooth and friendly experience!
