Melvin is the absolute best. Not only is the work he does outstanding, but he’s honest. Both my mom and myself have Teslas and accidentally hit poles in different garages. Different dealerships quoted me between $2500-3200, Melvin’s cost was a FRACTION and you can’t even see where the damage was. When the same thing happened to my mom, we didn’t even look other places- I took her directly to MTR. Again, his work is excellent, he’s honest, his whole staff is super nice, and I trust this place above anyone else.

I had a very disappointing experience with Marvin and Mtr. I brought my car in for an issue that Marvin assured me would be fixed after the repairs he recommended. Unfortunately, after paying a hefty bill, the problem persisted. When I reached out to address it, the follow-up service was practically nonexistent. Marvin and his team seemed uninterested in taking accountability or providing a solution without charging me again. It was clear they were more focused on getting paid than ensuring customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle again—very poor communication and service all around. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable mechanic.

Communication and quickness! I had a great experience at MTR auto services. I had an apt for a few days out, however my car gave out earlier than expected. They let me bring it in right then and there and still had me out the door by end of day! They kept me updated and provides inquiries and quotes as things changed.
