I’ve been a customer at the No. VA Auto Body for a long time and was always satisfied with the service and the repairs on all my vehicles. I recently had some bodily damage on my car due to a car accident. I was able to get a quick estimate with a technician who walked around the vehicle and explained what would need to be done. I was able to meet with an agent for my rental car and was able to drop off the car right at the shop as I picked up my car which was very convenient. They now have a website which allows me to check the status of repair which I thought was very nice and assuring. The repair took faster than I expected and everything looked great! Very satisfied as usual!

I had a Toyota Tacoma truck serviced here. They took my truck out for joyrides and when it came to insurance work they didn’t reinstall my sway bar but kept it instead, and cheaped out on the OEM body work, all while assuring me it was OEM. Crooks. DON’T come here!!!

Insurance crap! They change your adjuster every now and then, they extend the time in every possible way, they do everything because you get bored, they don't answer calls, I've been without a vehicle for half a year thanks to their poor service! I don't wish this company or my worst enemy! Real insurance crap!!!!!!!!!! The worst of the worst!!!!!

This shop was suggested by Geico (not shocking) to handle repairs for a relatively minor rear end collision. Drop off was handled very well, with on site car rental. Staff was direct, honest, and willing to explain what was happening. Pick up was just as smooth. Repairs are obviously going to depend on circumstance, but for my experience the work was comprehensive and done without anything I could complain about. The damage was repaired and tested, and though they warned me that the final cleanup wouldn't be a full detailing, they really did put a decent amount of attention into making the car look good (cleaner than it was when it showed up). Repairs were complete in five days, which I'd rate at the low end of normal. I can't really speak much to the price, as I want the one paying the bill, and though I did go over the final bill, I haven't had enough need for auto repairs to really judge the price.

Well organized. Makes dealing with GEICO so easy. Good friendly staff. Reasonable rates. I am always afraid that auto shops will gouge you, but not these guys. I had a Mirror and a taillight replacement. They arranged a rental car for me, and were kind enough to double check on me when it did not arrive on time. They also installed a trailer hitch for a reasonable rate.
