I had an excellent experience at this collision center and couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, organized, and truly committed to quality work. A special thank you to Landon, the estimator who handled my repair. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and honest with his assessment. He walked me through the damage, explained everything clearly, and gave a very accurate timeline for the repairs. The repair work itself is outstanding. My Tesla looks brand new again, with zero flaws. The paint, alignment, and finish are all perfect. The entire job was completed on time and quality speaks for itself. I highly recommend this shop and especially Landon for anyone needing bodywork or collision repairs!

I have no words to describe my absolute satisfaction like this place is absolutely amazing & my car was involved in an accident & this place absolutely fixed my HRV like it was Brand new LIKE WOW! & the Collision Center itself has absolutely amazing staff with very kind people who will help you with your every need & I wanna personally thank Ali who was my technician for my car & he was always keeping up with me on the updates…. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Douglas and Han. They were incredibly polite and courteous. About a year ago, I brought my Tesla to them, and the results were fantastic. I told Douglas that the car looked amazing and couldn’t stop praising its appearance. They also went above and beyond to ensure the car was meticulously detailed both inside and out. Recently, I brought my car back to get the tire pressure sensors replaced, even though we had been back and forth over the year to get it fixed, mainly because of my schedule. Douglas kept his word and made sure that, even after a year, he would fix my tire pressure sensors. He was excellent at communicating and ensuring that this would get fixed and that all I needed to do was bring it in. They also rotated my tires for free, with the expectation that I would pay for the service. If you’re a Tesla owner and looking for a quick and efficient process, I highly recommend bringing your car here. They’re Tesla certified. Thanks again, guys!

Landon provides excellent customer service. They took great care of my Challenger. Seamless repair all the way through. Techs were amazing. I was amazed how quickly I got my car back. What a great job! You would never know I had my bumper replaced. They touched up my side view mirror too. It looks like glass. I highly recommend NOVA Collision.
