My car was towed into this shop. The issue was taken care of very swiftly. The wait time was to be expected. They took care of my car within 5 hours. I will definitely recommend this shop, bc they really put the customer first!

This has got to be the best mechanical shop in the area. My car wouldn’t start one morning when I went to it. I didn’t know what was wrong. Before towing my car over, I called and spoke with Elmer to explain what occurred. He sounded warm, friendly and knowledgeable over the phone. Turns out my car needed a new starter, Elmer was quick to call me back with the diagnoses. I listened and told him go ahead and do the work. It’s very hard to find a trustworthy shop in this area. I can’t thank Elmer and NOVA Family Auto Services enough. I will definitely be back for any needs and will also be referring this shop to others!
