I was respected and they took the time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. Hands down one of the best auto shops in the area! You can tell these guys are not only passionate about what they do but they’re all very very competent! Brought my 4runner in for an alignment after I lifted it and Phil and his team got the exact alignment specs that I specifically wanted! In my 12+ years modifying and lifting my Toyotas, this was the first time someone (Phil) showed me the alignment specs before locking down the results to make sure I was completely satisfied. This is my 2nd time here and won’t be the last!! PS - they work on all vehicleI, fast, slow, small, or large!

Had them do work on vehicle to replace my wheels. They took my stock ones and sold them! They said they can’t find it. They sold them! Thieves. Filing a better business report with them. Do not bring you car here. Poor quality work: the carbon fiber came off too from the cheap glue they used.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but yesterday I brought my car in for an alignment. I have a car that fairly loud nothing to crazy but when I dropped it off no unusual sounds that I’ve haven’t heard. They never mentioned it having an unusual sound Pryor to them doing the work. Only that my front crank seal had a slight leak. Perform the alignment, (which seriously is not the cheapest) I’ve gone to P-Tuning in the past and it’s about $75 cheaper) it’s a low car and I wanted custome specs. pick up my car, don’t even get a 1/2 mile and I have no gears. It was a miracle I even made it back to the street their located on. They pull me back into their shop and now my transmission is making crazy noises and I have a bunch of transmission code history. Which I wasn’t even allowed to see or offered a printout of what it all was but not once did I ever get a check engine light. I’ve had the car running for about a year and half with some other issues but nothing with my transmission ever. But after it all they call a tow truck company who specializes in towing lowered cars to tow to my house maybe 10 min from their shop which I paid $150 for. But the kicker of it all is I ask the guy if someone could maybe give me a ride back to my house so I didn’t have to sit around because I’m a business owner myself but he said no I could wait and ride with the tow truck driver. ( which he was cool as hell) Shout out to Low Profile Towing. I hadn’t ate anything and had to sit there and smell them eating their food when was a huge serving dish type of set up and just thought damn they couldn’t even offer if I was hungry. I’m a technician myself and own a local HVAC, Plumbing,, Electrical company and I understand coincidences happen and they always suck but if you have any type of empathy understanding that even if you know it wasn’t you who did anything how it looks. And be alittle more accommodating to the situation understanding that I dropped off the car spending $250 to possibly now $5k. Like WTH. But this is why I have trust issues with letting other people touch my car. It’s definitely not the nicest car and i understand that but it’s mine and I work hard to do the thing I do to it and make it my own.

This shop has been great to me so far. Had them install an aero kit as well as mounting wheels paired with an alignment 🙌 Aria also helped me get stubborn lug nuts off which I had thought were cross-threaded
