Highly recommend this shop… Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Salaam offered top-of-the-line professional service, prompt, clear communication, as did the mechanic working on the job. Good work. Not that unusual hustle that happens with oil changes where they come out with a long laundry list of urgent work to do, rather they photo-documented a few things they recommended needed attention, gave price quotes for the work with no pressure to commit before leaving the shop. I’ll definitely be going back.

I came to NOVA Tire & Auto for an oil change because of the pricing, but I will definitely be back because of the people and the service. Nikki worked on my car and handled the oil change, tire rotation, and a full check for any issues. She has an amazing personality and tons of energy. You can genuinely tell she loves what she does, which made the whole experience even better. Salam was my first interaction at the front desk and provided excellent customer service. He made the check in and check out process quick and easy and was very friendly the entire time. They did find a minor issue with my car and Max took the time to explain it in great detail. He did not make it sound worse than it was, gave me a realistic timeframe to address it, and reassured me that it would not be a major expense. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency. Great prices, fast service, and an awesome team. Highly recommend NOVA Tire & Auto.

can’t say enough great things about this auto repair shop and the incredible service I received from the mechanic, Salaam. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and respected. The shop was clean, organized, and clearly run by people who take pride in their work. Salaam took the time to carefully listen to the issues I was experiencing with my car and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand—no confusing jargon, no pressure, just honest and straightforward advice. First time getting an oil change here via Groupon. Amazing service especially by the girl mechanic Nikki. First time I’ve went to a shop and didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Very very genuine and great service!! The only downside is the amount of people that come makes the wait long if you’re not there early. But when you have good service and good prices, that’s a given. It’s popular for a reason! And for the girls out there especially, this is the place for you forreal.
