I bought 4 new tires yesterday, computer alignment & a warranty for the tires. The service was immaculate!!! Literally, I called them 2 hours before they closed, told me to bring my car in right away. The service manager was awesome, & the sales associate was great too. Great personalities & assistance. Literally the best service that I have had in years from tire shop.

I had a great experience at NTB. The staff were friendly, professional, and got my tires replaced quickly without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Prices were fair, and they took the time to explain my options clearly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable too. I really appreciate their honesty and efficiency — I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for reliable tire service!

Kevin was fantastic. I went in due to a tire leak. There was no obvious cause, but Kevin made sure everything was done to address possible causes. He was friendly, patient, and way beyond fair when it came to the bill. I've been to this location for tire replacement for another vehicle and that experience was great too. Thanks again Kevin!

Went for an oil change, and was told I needed two new tires. About to leave town for a cross country road trip, so agreed to the service. Two days later, took the vehicle for a safety inspection, and it failed because two lugnuts were completely missing and two others were the incorrect ones. When I called to explain the issue, the service agent on the phone was not only rude, but told me it was definitely my fault. I took the vehicle directly back to them, and they fixed it, but not without a waste of my time. And, had it not been caught, it could have been a real issue on my trip. Will not return here if I can’t trust the safety of their service for something they allegedly specialize in.

I had a good experience at the store getting my tire replaced, but I was rather annoyed that the number which I had phoned before I left assured me the replacement would take. half an hour. However, it turned out that that number was a CallCenter and was not the individual store so they had no way of knowing how many other cars would be there ahead of me. It ended up taking an hour and a half which if I had known I would’ve organised differently. Not the fault of the store or the nice gentleman who served me but annoying anyway.
