I went to this place today to have my right wheel bearing checked. The technician, Vu (or Vince), said he would test-drive my car to confirm the issue and then call me afterward. However, when he did call, he informed me that the right wheel bearing had already been replaced, even though I was not notified beforehand. On top of that, he suggested that I should have all the tires replaced. Which I refused. When I picked up the car, the initial issue was not resolved and he refused to refund. When my family came back later to confront him, he blamed me, saying that I had told him to change it. Because of this experience, I do not recommend Octane Auto Care to anyone.
