It’s hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust these days, and these clowns aren’t one of them. I took my car there for an alignment, balance, and inspection. Now they were honest about my strut being bad and not proceeding with an alignment, but the problems are how they put my car back together. The dust pan under my engine was not completely screwed back up, causing it to partially fall off while I was driving on 395. So I had to pull into the shoulder and take it the rest of the way off. Also, they broke off one of my jack points, so now I have to have a custom piece of wood anytime I want to jack my car all the way up. You would think most mechanics know to not over torque lugs bolts, right? Not these guys. My driver side tire was torqued over 200-250 ft lbs. This mixed with how dirty they left my car, greasy finger prints all over and my car seat covers dirty lets me know how little pride they take in what they do. Long story short, take your business elsewhere.

The staff was honest, knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything clearly. They didn’t push unnecessary repairs and were very transparent about pricing.
