I haven't reviewed in years, but this brought back from retirement. I had to buy a replacement car battery and this store was conveniently nearby. The person behind the desk was not only extremely patient and helpful but also even went the extra mile to tell me about using anti-corrosion material to keep my battery from corroding early in the future. The price was also very reasonable given I was in a crunch and needed a new battery ASAP. Will be back again.

I went to advanced auto parts because I was having trouble starting my truck. They tested my batteries and told me they needed to be replaced. Since I had Interstate batteries with a 6 year guarantee they recommended I go to Olympus as they carried Interstate batteries. Once there I told the guy up front what was going on he told me that since i didn't have a reciept to either buy new batteries or try and add water to them. I was not satisfied with the answer I got so I called the distributor in chantilly. They asked me for a code on the batteries and told me while they were out of the free replacement period I could get them prorated all within a few minutes. I would not shop at Olympus as they do not respect the customer. Both advance and Interstate batteries were superb and I hope others will not be satisfied with poor customer service.
