Jose and his team were extremely careful, respectful, and assisted me in every way with the towing process / drop off and waited with me until I left the dealership. These guys are my go to and my #1 recommendation for anyone needing a tow in Nova!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I cannot say enough great things about Patrick, Jose and the team of Onyx Towing! Super responsive, understanding and professional!! On a late Sunday night what could’ve been a very long night, ONYX TOWING saved the night! Stuck in the middle of suburbia, in a small but tough drainage ditch, Patrick mobilized the team and Jose got to me within the HOUR! Minutes and a tug or two later the car is free and rolling.
