Amazing experience at Orange County Garage. From out of town and never been to area before, ended up with flat tire emergency. They were able to look at it right away and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Had previously brought car to get checked back home and the other place missed it. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Recommend!

I took my car here to get inspected and ended up needing a lot of work done. This was my first time at this shop, and the experience was infinitely better than almost any experience I've had at other shops. They charged me less than half the price the garage I usually go to, Doc Auto, did and actually fixed the issues my car had unlike their shop. I will absolutely be switching to Orange County Garage for good. Wonderful customer service, experienced technicians, and fair pricing.

Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! We were from out of town and broke down near the shop with catastrophic engine failure. Terry (the owner) went above and beyond in diagnosing and researching the recall from Hyundai. He even got all our stuff out of the car and arranged to have it towed to a Hyundai dealership for repair. He charged us a very reasonable and beyond fair price for all the work he had done. He even called to follow up to see how things were progressing with Hyundai a couple weeks later. We had never been to his shop previously and will probably never be able to use his shop again because we were just traveling thru and most repair shops in his position would have price gouged us. Michelle in the office was also terrific!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Edit: Multiple cylinder misfires? This is the first I have heard this. The paperwork and the Mechanic I spoke with several times said the only misfire was on Cylinder 4. As far as multiple codes it has always been the same two codes. The first time it had a code for a 02 sensor and misfire on cylinder 4. The Mechanic said he felt that fixing the spark plugs and the coils it would fix the other code so he advised not to fix the o2 sensor. Picked car up went 5 miles and light came back on and shaking started. Took back and was told we would need to have 02 sensor replaced and this would fix it. Picked up went 14 miles and same codes and shaking. The third time I was told that it needed some kind of special cleaning and this is what the problems was. Picked up went 7 miles and same issue. Brought it back and you guys kept it another week and two days then called and said you could not fix it. So either you lied to me about the codes and misfires or you are lying here. So disappointed! This place had my daughter in laws car for three weeks and I have paid them over 1500 dollars and they called Friday and said we do not know what wrong with this car we recommend you take it to a dealership. They did not offer to give any money back. Car still has the same codes and issues as it did when it was taken there. The only difference is now I am out 1500 dollars. Bad business practice!

Nice staff professional staff. Nice what you want. Now hoping that the tire pressure sensor light goes out. Update...had to have my car tpms system reset at another shop that had the correct scanner to reset. Honesty would have gone a long way if your shop does not have the correct equipment. Not happy that you charged me 75 dollars to "scan" car but not properly program sensors to car. The guy who fixed car didn't even want to charge did it as a courtesy. So I bought him lunch.
