Ryan has shown a complete lack of civic sense and basic interpersonal skills. His behavior consistently reflects an inability to communicate respectfully or appropriately with others. Simple conversations often turn uncomfortable due to his rude tone, dismissive attitude, and lack of consideration for people around him. He does not seem to understand basic social etiquette, such as listening when others speak, responding politely, or maintaining a respectful manner in shared spaces. Instead, his approach is often abrupt, careless, and insensitive, which creates unnecessary tension and discomfort.

Ryan and Cody did the lift on my LX some years ago, and I hadn’t had a chance to come back to them. Recently I wanted my LX to have a look over so I can plan ahead, and the only shop I trust for a thorough, honest, and reliable assessment is OTRAMM.
