Was told car was ready after having it for 3 weeks for body work. I returned to pick it up and one of my tires were completely flat with a bolt size nail in it and a hole. They replaced my front turn single light and it wasn’t working after I inspected the car. They said it was test driven but it couldn’t have if they didn’t notice the front turn single wasn’t working. They even tried to send me on my way with no working front turn single offering to come back when part arrives. Safety hazard. Also Insurance company paid them to do alignment but they said car didn’t need alignment when it does because it was a front end collision that damaged the framed. They argued me and the insurance adjuster claiming what didn’t need to be done when the adjuster gave them the go ahead to make the repairs. I would not recommend this place whatsoever especially if your insurance is paying. They also try to talk to you as if you don’t know anything about cars.

I had an outstanding experience with Ourisman Alexandria Certified Collision Center. My Service Advisor, Kam, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He coordinated everything directly with my insurance company, so I never had to play middleman between the insurance and the shop. He also kept me constantly updated on the status of my vehicle. The quality of the work was excellent and it was completed extremely efficiently. Every person I spoke with over the phone provided top-tier customer service. Highly recommend this shop. Great people, great communication, and great results. 10/10.

If you have an insurance claim do not go here they destroyed pieces on my truck that were perfectly intact like they don’t have any tools to probably take parts off. They also kept piece of my truck that I had to replace. Took my car in for front bumper and driver side fender repair they person working on my truck by the name of Marleni aka Cam or Kam. Pulled piece out forcefully broke panels with the clips remaining inside the truck took my side mirror off for no reason was not reattach upon pick up and took my driver side door panel off which neither piece needed to be removed to take off the fender or bumber now I’m spending extra money for someone’s else destruction even kept my engine cover which wasn’t damaged and put stains on my seats from just throwing the pieces he broke and took off and just tossed in the car. Very disappointed and they’ve lost a customer for life I’ll go to a small time body shop before these guys. No stars are deserved.

4 months without a vehicle under insurance repairs. Poor follow up. Front staff is nice but the work they do does not show. Update Mar 6: Told vehicle was ready but clearly not. No end in sight. Not great work at all.
