Here’s why I’m irritated. I brought my Jeep in for service on April 15th for a known issue with screen delamination on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After waiting almost 2 hours for an estimate they came back and said it would be over $2000 to replace the radio which is the easy fix for them. In the text exchange I had clicked “this seems too expensive.” I was handed my keys back with no conversation about alternatives or anything. At this point I was going to let it go and look into options for repair elsewhere. I received multiple texts asking me about my experience that I initially ignored. After the third one it said either email our service manager, Howard White, or write a google review. Since they kept pressing me I did email Howard on April 19th. Over a week went by and I received no response. I would have been absolutely fine if Howard wrote back and said, I’m sorry but this is how we fix it. However, as of May 15th I have received no response. After a week I decided to write a google review because I find completely ignoring an email from a customer completely unprofessional. I wrote this review on April 26th. On April 27th I received a response on the review that “someone would reach out to me shortly.” As of May 15th no one has reached out to me. On April 29th I emailed the Jeep General Manager through their website explaining the timeline. Again, as of May 15th I have received no response to this. Again, had the manager reached out and said I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do other than the $2000 plus repair I would move on. However, completely ignoring emails is the most unprofessional thing a business can do. This is my 3rd Jeep and because of this experience I will never buy another Jeep again. Clearly this dealership is the stereotypical dealership that could care less about customer service or the basic decency of simply responding to an email. I encourage anyone reading this to take your business elsewhere. The only reason I’m writing this follow up review is because today I received a text from the dealership saying “we notice you had recommended service items, please follow up and schedule to address them.” I find it highly ironic that they’ll keep texting me for my business but can’t respond to a simple question in an email to multiple people.
