I had an amazing experience with this dealership, and I want to give special thanks to Mike and technician Justin for their outstanding service. Mike was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He even replied to my messages outside of normal working hours, which I really appreciated. Justin is extremely professional and experienced — he went on two test drives with me to make sure he fully understood the issue and didn’t give up until we found the root cause. The noise issue on my GR Corolla was very tricky. It couldn’t be reproduced while the car was parked, and even during driving it would only happen occasionally, which made it really hard to diagnose. But instead of brushing it off, the team took it seriously. They contacted Toyota’s technical support and even looked into similar cases nationwide to find the right solution. I’m truly grateful for the effort they put in. Even though the issue wasn’t safety-related, hearing that noise while driving was extremely annoying — and now it’s finally fixed. Huge thanks to Mike, Justin, and the whole service team. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who wants honest, patient, and professional service.

Came in for my 10k maintenance and had a wonderful experience. Marcela Salmeron was incredibly kind, polite, helpful, and she kept me updated the whole time. I really appreciated how quickly everything was done; I received a notification as soon my car was ready (in under 2 hours). Very satisfied overall! I also want to share that I had a very positive experience purchasing my car from Diyah, who has been consistently checking in to make sure everything is going well and that I’m happy with my car.
