just got regular maintenance — oil change, filters, brake flush… It was easy to schedule an appointment and Victor has been great. The whole process was super simple and done in a few hours. Originally I was going to another Honda dealer for service and was not happy. But so far Ourisman Honda Tysons service department has been excellent!

I recently had a great experience at Ourisman Honda of Tyson’s Corner while trying to decide whether to get a used car or a new car. I was assisted by a senior service engineer, sales manager, sales representative, and a finance serviceman. They were very professional, understanding to my needs and answered all my questions to help me make right decisions. After test driving a few cars, discussed options, and great pricing offered including warranty and maintenance, I decided to purchase a new 2026 Honda Civic Sedan Sport model. I am very happy with my new car with a great price and all the technology features it came with. Great experience at Ourisman Honda of Tyson’s Corner. I stopped going to this location for a while because the customer service is terrible. I purchased my accord in 2018 and after my original service advisor left, almost all of the others I’ve worked with had a very bad attitude as if they didn’t want to be bothered. Even the manager is subpar. But the mechanics seem to do good work and I really needed my car properly serviced. My last two visits were for regular oil changes and I still had an issue with the inspection person CUTTING MY WINDSHIELD TINT after saying numerous times not to damage my tint. My service advisor was helpful but it made me not want to come back ever again in life! I would drive miles to other locations just because of the customer service. But again, I needed work done so I took a chance and came back a year later. My advisor, Victor, was AMAZING! He had a great attitude when I arrived at 7am and kept me updated on all the work needed to be done. I didn’t feel rushed or hustled. He seems to really enjoy his job and that made the experience so much better. Ended up leaving my car overnight but even the next day he let me know promptly when my car was ready and cleaned. For work I would’ve taken my car somewhere else to get done but from his service alone I decided to let them complete it. Customer service goes a long way and it can be the difference between a one time customer or a lifetime member. Thank you Victor for an amazing customer experience and I will be back! And thank you to the mechanics that worked on my car. It is driving much smoother.

We recently leased a car for my son from Honda of Tysons Corner. This was not our first lease, but it was by far the best! The experience, from the moment we spoke on the phone with Pouya up until our signing with Mr. Rashad Powell, was excellent! They were extremely courteous and very warm - it felt like dealing with family! The whole process was transparent and we left with an excellent deal, and one ecstatic 19 year old!
