I have been bringing my vehicle to be serviced at the Ourisman KIA of Alexandria Service Center for years now because the service is consistently outstanding. The check-in is smooth and the communication is convenient as they update you on required and suggested services through text during the service time. They remember me and often wash my car after the service. I really appreciate their customer service. Also, the service shop and waiting area are very clean with complimentary hot drinks, wifi, charging spots, and comfy chairs. If you have a KIA this is the place to get your vehicle serviced.

Very bad service !!! I requested an appointment at 10 in the morning to change my oil. I left my car so they could work without rushing. I returned at 3 pm and they couldn't find my paperwork and, oh surprise, my car wasn't ready. They had forgotten or got confused. I had to wait for another half hour.
