While my experience with the dealership has been pretty bad, Jecsen at the service center was a huge help. He was welcoming, explained everything clearly, and gave me an accurate expectation regarding my repair. Additionally, they fixed my issue a lot quicker than expected. A true pleasure to work with.

Stay clear! They take advantage of naive customers. Charged $200+ for "diagnostic testing" of engine light on a 3 year old car that they sold to the customer. Said they were unable to fix the problem and the car needed to be taken to the Ford dealership. Plugging in an OBD scanner and getting a reading in less than a minute doesn't justify charging several hundreds of dollars fee for the technician time. Also, the car was kept from the customer for 2 days. And this was for a customer who bought their vehicle from this shady business! A total scam!

Service team will try to scam you. They added extra services not requested when we filled out the service form online. They just said "we'll do the multi point inspection as well" but the tablet they handed me had an extra 560$ of services I didn't notice. :( Additionally beyond that they don't follow the Kia service plan laid out in your owners manual. eg: Fuel Induction Service: Time and mileage recommendation at 30k miles; but the owners manual says the first service should be done at 120,000 miles. Take your car elsewhere.
