Phenomenal experience with Patriot Auto Glass. When another auto-glass replacement company left me high and dry and didn't show up for an appointment, I realized the mistake I had made by not calling Patriot Auto Glass first. I'm glad I called because not only could they help me the next day to replace my windshield, but they showed up on-time and handled everything seamlessly. This was huge for getting our company vehicle back out on the road quickly. When you call Patriot, you get to talk with a human being - amazing! Thank you for the great experience and customer service. There is literally no where else I would take my business for auto glass repair or replacement.

I've used Patriot Auto Glass twice and both times they have been great. First time was for a windshield replacement, and last week for windshield repair. I really appreciated the walk-in service for windshield repair. I was in & out in less than 20 mins. Service is great and price is good. What more can one ask for?

I got about 5 email estimates for replacing my 2021 HRV Honda windshield. All shops separate the windshield/labor cost from the calibration labor and also ask for the VIN in order to give a correct estimate. Patriot had excellent reviews and the cheapest price and so I made an appointment. After my car gets into their garage, the owner Mike comes out and tells me he can't do the calibration at his shop because he doesn't have the right equipment?? I step aside and call the dealer which will calibrate an after market part, but "it usually doesn't work out right." The dealer mentions Windshield City which I had also gotten a higher estimate from! I call them and they promise me they can do both the windshield and calibration. I wasted a morning and I think this was a scam on the part of Patriot to get some business out of me, knowing they could not do the calibration part. Or if their calibration equipment wasn’t working properly, they should have rescheduled. BTW, Windshield City did the windshield replacement perfectly and were also confused as to why Patriot's equipment could not calibrate.
