I took my CR-V to Pepe’s to get two wheel studs replaced, and he really helped me out. The job wasn’t easy, but he did great work and even gave me a discount without me asking. You can tell he’s a good guy who cares more about helping people than just making money. Super respectful, honest, and does quality work. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I ever need more repairs.

When I called for a quote in January, I had spoken to a gentleman (in spanish) and was told that thew worst case scenario i'd be looking at 7-800 dollars and that the labor rate was 75/hr. I dropped my car of Saturday and had spoken to the employees in English - then my price jumped up to $1500 and their labor rate is suddenly 30$ higher. They also refused to provide me with an itemized invoice. THEN they had the audacity to call my partner and lie about the conversation he had just overheard. I hang up the phone due to the attitude i was being given by YOUR employee for asking about the drastic price difference and them telling me i'll have to wait a long time for an itemized invoice (which is easily emailed if they knew how to properly take someoneds info down)

Great service. Had State inspection and front end service done-lower ball joints, Brakes and rotors. Been taking all my vehicles to Pepe for years with no issues. Highly recommend them. Easy to work and communicate with.
