I wish I could leave negative reviews. Buckle up, this WILL BE A LONG CONSUMER REVIEW! Ok, so I ordered a headunit that's advertised to retain my hand controls. My automatic climate controls, etc. With a nice modern appearing android tablet. Who wouldn't want to add such a sleek appearance to their suv?!?! If you too believe this complete fabricated lie I BEG YOU DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I put the unit in and bluetooth didn't work out the box, hand controls don't work out the box, the LED colors on both sides of the hand control bezel are stuck cycling through the entire RGB line up, emailed back and forth asking for a retund they just assume I need some technical support when all these CLEAR hardware issues are present. I say screw it I use it for a few months until I finally ripped it out my dashboard today when my lower temperature button sticks and won't let me lower back to AC, " I mind you this is a guessing game because yet again my climate controls DO NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED!!!" Oh, I also forgot to mention they listed x amount "in stock" when I initially ordered my head unit. It took WELL OVER a month before they even shipped my unit... I wouldn’t even resell this piece or garbage to my worst enemy on Facebook marketplace, I'm shocked they're even allowed to still sell these misadvertised heeps of garbage, I wouldn't be surprised if they don't get sued for false advertisement or shut down soon. RIP to my over 700 dollars, please please buyers beware, don't waste your hard earned dollars on this terrible junk chinesium

I've been here a couple times to get parts. The last time I went Teddy took care of me. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and has ample things on his plate at once but was still able to get me exactly what I needed. I let him know that if he ever needed a job to look me up. As far as these other people on here complaining about bad service because of no refunds. Its posted on the wall when you go to pick up, its explained to you ( by Teddy) over the phone before you get there, and its in the email that is sent to you before they pull the part! There is no way possible you didn't know about the no cash refund. Oh, and in case you didn't realize, it's a salvage yard! If you want the comfort of money back, pressure tested, brand new in box, and a one year warranty.... Go buy new! Duh. If you want great customer service, reasonable prices, 30 day warranty, and an exchange/store credit then stop by and see Teddy.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. Came here to buy a radiator and should have known the prices were too good to be true. The radiator was not pressure tested and sprayed coolant as soon as I put it in. The best part is they won't issue me a refund but instead store credit.....as if I would want to go back there.

They just steal your money I went to ask for a part, and they showed me one of another model, and I asked them, what will happen if it does not match? and they answered me, they would return the money, when I went to pick ua the part was not the right one but they also did not return the money and this happened today 9/05/2017. and the person who attended me is an arrogant person and without education, very bad experience, I only hope my money will serve them for something maybe a tattoo...........................

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They gave me the wrong part, refused to take it back unless I paid a 25% restocking fee, in addition to only receiving a refund in "store credit". The "right" part was $100 more, and had only 4,000 thousand less miles on it. The owner does not know how to run a business and keep clients, which became VERY apparent.
