Inspector was Unprofessional! Please Do Not go to this place for state inspection unless you want to waste your money, I been a returning customer for this place over 2 years and everything was good before they had a new inspector, I was told by the inspector that my exhaust has multiple leaks and they failed my inspection. then I left very angry and found a mechanical shop did a diagnose same day, they diagnosed my car and they found there is no leaking at all but just loud(I had a cat-back aftermarket exhaust) then I get my car inspected at another place in 20 mins with zero issue!

Management is the issue. Work is good, prices are expensive but that is to be expected in Tysons. I brought my car in for a routine 5k mile service. Was told about oil leaks and rear brakes that needed to be replaced. Agreed to the work on the timeline that it would be done that day. Was assured repeatedly that the service would take one day. The service ended up taking two days. Delays happen, but the lack of professionalism and communication was terrible. I had to call twice to see if my car was finished. Not a single call to tell my the repairs would need a second day. And no call to tell me the car would need to stay over night. The two times I called I was again assured the car would be done that day. Complete lack of professionalism and customer support. No communication from the service manager about the progress of the repairs. And to top it off they closed the shop and went home without notifying me the car would need to stay over night... they just left.

I go here for my annual VA state car safety inspection and biyearly emissions inspection. I couldn’t find the inspection hours online when I searched so here they are: M-F 8AM to 5PM, Saturday 8AM - 1PM, Sunday - Closed. It’s best to go during the week when most people are working and it’s a smaller line. Overall, the experience is quick and fairly friendly. On the gas front, I use to go to this gas station for three years consistently and their prices were a bit high, but I liked the close convenience to my home.

Came here to get a safety inspection. Extremely unprofessional and hostile. I have some minor cosmetic damage on the front bumper car and the mechanic tried to rip it off with his hands and tell me that I was going to fail. I declined services and tried to drive off and he started following me telling me why I was going to fail. The people here have problems. Just for reference - there is no criteria to check for cosmetic damage on the Virginia Vehicle Safety Inspection site. They’re making up their own criteria and giving stickers away at a whim.

I brought my car for a safety inspection at this place. Inspector Kendall Tramayne W didn't check the brake shoes and failed the inspection, saying they needed replacement. A certified mechanic later confirmed my brake shoes were fine. Very unprofessional—please be cautious.
