Horrible!! stay away!!!! sign says open for inspection at 9:30am. waited from 9:15am until the inspector decided to show up at 10:40am!! than the inspector is arguing with the owner about his pay. all while 4+ cars are waiting for inspections. highly unprofessional place.

I called ahead to inquire when they would stop doing state inspections for the day. They stated 3pm. I arrived at 1:42 and started waiting in line behind 4 cars. After about 30 min of waiting an employee comes out, walks up to the car waiting in front of me, and tapes a piece of paper that states “Last Car. Closed For The Day”.. there were no cars behind me and so I inquired why I wouldn’t be the last car serviced after waiting for 30min with everyone else. The employee just shrugged. Won’t spend a dollar here again. Currently at Lake Ridge Auto Care instead.

P Mills Mobil has everything you need. E85? Perfect. Food Trucks occasionally? Yep! A shop to get your inspection and oil change? Of Course!! Even 2 amazing dogs to love on! I’ve been coming here for years. Love is definitely someone I know my trust would not be broken by. The communication is top level. If you don’t understand what’s going on with your car he will take the time to fully explain it to where you’ll understand. He’s not like a dealership where they will only tell you half the story so that way you keep going back. Your car or bike will be fixed right the first time.

I got my car inspected and failed. They said I had to replace my tires and breaks. I paid 50 dollars for this. I got them fixed the same day. When I came back the next day there was a sign that said no inspections. I went inside and asked the cashier about it and he said the machine is broken and idk when it will be fixed and when I asked him when it will be fixed he got angry and seemed aggressive that I was asking because I had already paid for the inspection and spent over 1k dollars to fix what they told me to. He yelled at me to get out and I thought he was going to hit me. There was another man in the back that I spoke to that informed me the same man had just gotten into another altercation earlier in the day with another person about the same issue. That does not give an excuse to scream at a paying customer and a woman! I’m pretty sure they were lying about the machine being broken and it was actually an issue with the person that does inspections. The man from the back said they may be getting sued by him because he fell. Allegedly.
Methodical
This place has gone downhill. I've been coming here for over 10 years to get inspections and small stuff like brakes. My recent experience was waiting 3 hours for a 5 minute emissions inspection that didn't happen. I went a different place the next day and even with 2 cars in front of me waited a total of 15 minutes. If customers that have been coming here for years are treated like this, how are they treating new customers? This place has seen better days. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because of the better service in the past.
