I sent these guys an email last minute around 3pm when my previous inspection with a national company fell through, they gave me a call within minutes and were able to setup an inspection at the dealership for that same day. I received the report later that night and it was extremely helpful and well- done, they were able to identify several issues about the car I had no idea about , which certainly changed my outlook on the purchase. I had Pre Purchase Inspection LLC check out a 2013 Toyota Tundra I was thinking about buying, and I’m really glad I did. The report was super detailed with clear photos, honest notes on every part of the truck, and even a full diagnostic scan. After I got the report, I called to go over it with the inspector, and he was amazing. He walked me through everything, explained what was normal for the truck’s age, and even gave me tips on how to use the report to negotiate the price. He was super patient and never rushed the call , just genuinely helpful and honest. They also sent me a $50 discount code for my next inspection, which I’ll definitely use.
