I have a Nissan Versa with 65K and take good care of it. I felt it was sluggish on acceleration of late, and took it in this morning to Precision Import Service so that they could take a look at it. The service I received was top-notch! From the lady at the front desk who greeted me and checked me in, to the gentleman who test drove my car and inspected it and told me that what was needed was a CVT drain and fill. Everything was explained to me upfront, what needed to be done and the cost. All was done in a timely manner. I am so grateful to Precision Import Service not only for their friendly and expert advice but also for their honesty. This is a trustworthy company and I highly recommend them for any of your car needs!

I had Precision take a look at my high mileage 4Runner as my daughter will be taking it to college in the fall. During the 100K service at the dealership a while back, several services were recommended that were expensive like replacing the spark plugs. Precision said many were not required and only did the essential services needed. They are honest and affordable. They also referred me to a detailing shop that checked out as well.

I needed to replace my Leak Detection Pump, I had the part and needed to find a quote online to get ready with my budget. I contacted several mechanics from the area and all of them weren't able to give me a quote, they didn't have to diagnose my vehicle, all I needed was to replace the part I bought. Needed some work done on an older Subaru - these folks did a great job, were quick about it and the price was reasonable. Best of all, they’re honest - there were a couple of issues I thought the car had that they checked and said were fine and didn’t need any work done. A lot of shops would have done the work and charged me anyway - hard to find places like this these days.

Came in about a month or two ago to get a tensioner pulley installed and replace and install a new water pump. Dropped the car off and got it back in less than 48 hours. Been driving it everyday since and no problems at all they did a great job. *EDIT* - 8/7/2025. 4 years strong and not a single issue with the repairs to date.
