Jim at Prestige Auto Group provided excellent service for brakes and discs on an out-of-state Porsche Panamera that he inspected for me and eventually serviced after I bought it without seeing it. He was extremely professional and poured over every inch of the car and answered all my questions via his report, email, text and phone calls. His prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Prestige Auto Group. My driver’s side window motor and regulator went out, and another shop quoted me $2,500—basically the value of my 2015 car. Jim was upfront, clear about the parts and labor, and repaired everything for a fraction of that price. I came in from another city, and while the shop isn’t right next to the Metro, the quick Uber ride from the station was under $10, which made the trip manageable. The work was finished on time, exactly when he said it would be. Great experience overall, and I’ll definitely return for future repairs.

My steering was popping a lot when it got cold out but not so much when it was above 45 degrees. Prestige was able to troubleshoot the issues to old tires that needed re-alignment. They replaced the tires and did an alignment and I haven't heard the popping since. Definitely recommend
