Johnny was super helpful and quick at identifying my suspension issue. He was not salesy at all to fix the part allowing you to make the right decision to fix your vehicle at the cheapest possible and safest way. Great mechanics

I came to prime auto off a recommendation that the service was top notch. Totally wrong, i asked if they could install coilovers on my 2007 ls460 and was told yes. Once my vehicle was in there possession I was called the next day and was told i had the wrong parts(which i knew the parts were correct,because i order the previous ones ) i told Vanna if you don't know what your doing ill take it somewhere else. So needless to say he got the coilovers on and it was totally jacked up, on side was lower than the other(he said it was the parking lot) i also asked about the alignment he never did and tried to charge me for it, saying i was waiting until you got the back done. At 60 mph on the highway I'm experiencing vibrations and rubbing so i can't even drive the vehicle. I called the shop the last 3 to 4 days and haven't spoken to Vanna at all. I would not recommend this shop to anyone,unless you would like to pay for poor service.
