Zach is great! Very friendly, courteous, professional. He stays on top of his schedule and explains everything that your car needs. This is really a one man show, so if you need any extra work done or something that’s unscheduled, it’s gonna be a wait. It’s understandable with just one guy working on cars and running the desk. I went using a Groupon and got a great deal!

I'm so happy I discovered Prize Auto. I had a Groupon for an oil change, and I have been back twice since for repairs. Zach is extremely honest and efficient. I appreciate how he shows me the damaged parts he recommends for me to fix. Gives me confidence that I'm not being just talked into something. The prices are much more reasonable than other places. Got priced for a left axel, and there was a $200 difference at Prize. I highly recommend!!!

This place is located next to a unaffiliated dealership, kinda hidden in a small driveway uphill around a curve on the highway easily missed with no gps enabled map. A good auto service center with courteous (one mechanic) staff, competitive pricing and a wide array of standard automotive diagnostics. I just went in for a standard oil change and was out in a reasonable amount of time with all the car fluids topped-up, 30-points inspection and recommendations at no additional charges. Haven't had experience with major repairs thus far, but the affordable maintenance service is satisfactory. Will be back!

Today I visited for an oil change on my e320 Benz. My hood was jammed and very hard to open. However the amazing gentleman by the name of ZACK did everything possible to get my hood open. I'm very please with his customers service and will to not give up until a customer is pleased.. Now I'm headed to work HAPPY.... THANK YOU AGAIN ZACK
