Dave and Jay are top notch when it comes to customer service, they always work with the customer to get your vehicle in for whatever service needed and make sure you understand the diagnosis and repair in a timely manner. The added bonus is they will work to make sure the work being completed is covered by your vehicle warranty if it applies. In all the years I have been bringing my vehicles to Progressive, the customer support and work performed has always been exceptional and timely. I highly recommend Progressive automotive if you need any work done.

Purchased a car that had significant front end issues that were found at inspection. Car had passed inspection dated 2 months prior, but based on severity of issues, there is no way it should have passed. Tire was mounted to hide bubble. I had overall inspection done, but did not put car on lift. My fault, but I still feel they failed to disclose significant issues that resulted in the car being unsafe. Required $3k in repairs on $5500 purchase.
