I had an excellent experience with Q Auto Service and its owner, Mr. Quincy. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and customer service was outstanding. Mr. Quincy is honest, fair, and extremely knowledgeable. He truly takes pride in his work and treats his customers with respect. I brought my Mercedes-Benz E350 in with a complicated electrical issue that other shops struggled to properly diagnose. Mr. Quincy took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, accurately identify the problem, and fix it efficiently. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the issue and the solution, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind. I also want to recognize the front desk staff member — she was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. She kept me informed throughout the process and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s not easy to find an auto repair shop you can genuinely trust, but Q Auto Service truly delivers both expertise and integrity. I highly recommend this shop, especially if you own a German vehicle like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, or similar. You’ll definitely be in great hands.

The agree with all the reviews. Mr. Q runs a top notch shop. He flat out knows everything about all types of foreign cars. (High end and regular cars) German, Japanese, and Korean. He has serviced my VW diesel for several years. He has all the tools and equipment to service the car to VW standard without all the overpriced labor costs at the dealer. What I appreciate most is that he tells you what you need to safely drive the car or what can be deferred. Thanks Mr. Q.

I moved to DMV area almost 8 years ago and this place was recommended by my colleague. I have been coming to this place and Q AUTO SERVICE is the best in the area around. Q's work is very promising. But now Now I noticed the change in the management and his team. The only thing they need to improve hygienically. I pickup my car last time it had a deep smell of cig smoke in the car, grease on the wheel and door handle. Sitting area is not the way it used to be. I walked inside the shop to grab something from my car. It was all smoke inside and everyone is working on the cars and smoking smoking same time. I will still be coming to this business place because Q is the best and honest mechanic in the town. I can only request if he can take a serious notice about the hygiene problem. We all are here to help and support local businesses.

I needed work done on the spark plugs in my engine for my Toyota Corolla, I took a chance coming here for the first time and they did an excellent job, met my expectations. The price for my service was the better part and best of all is their great customer service, will come back soon

PCS’d to DC in 2023; have had all my vehicles maintenance and repairs done there since. I take my car to the dealer; they change the oil; do a multi-point; quote me a ridiculous amount for something; brakes, water pump; tuneup, etc. I call Q, say what I need; and drop my car off and it’s done for usually half the price. He literally has saved me thousands of dollars; and is far more trust worthy than any of the dealership I’ve been here. Highly recommend, truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in NOVA!
