I typically get my annual inspection here. The staff is always professional and communicate well. I’ve previously used there help with installing a running board on my vehicle. The staff was very courteous and helpful with this project. It hasn’t fallen off over the two years (lol!), so I stand behind there work. Overall, I have never had any issues, only positive results.

I had a great experience with Quantico Tire & Auto Care. I came in with a flat tire, and they had already ordered the replacement tire the day before, which made the entire process quick and efficient. My vehicle was ready within about 2 hours of dropping it off. The staff was very professional, prompt, and communicative throughout. They even put air in all of my tires at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. Excellent service overall, I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

I wish I could give negative stars because this place is a joke and crooks!! My husband crown Victoria police car has been sitting there for over a month!! I have paid my balance for a freaking fuel Pump that cost me 1931.90 and was paid after the car was sent there in early November!!! I was given an estimate on things that needed to be done to get the car back up and running!!! Also regular maintenance to address state inspection issues!! The shop and I came to a verbal agreement on a quote that needed to find out why it wasn’t running and then another agreement for maintenance that needed to be done!! Was told by John that fuel pump is what was needed to be done to get the car running! Okay two weeks in the fuel pump was the issue okay so now we are thinking okay other work is going to be done guess what nope it wasn’t!!! Was told by the shop manager John that he was going to order the transmission rear output shaft seal well guess what never order and job never done!!! Was never communicated by anyone in that shop that they weren’t going to do the job until after I got my receipt paying for the fuel pump!!! Now remind you I have grew up in the area and was always told about this shop and that they were good!!! Well with my own experience this company is crooks and liars and bad business altogether!! If you can’t do a job then don’t agree to it!!! What really put the cherry on my cake was I had a tow truck driver come to get my vehicle on Saturday Dec 6, 2025 after hours informed Hakeem to put the key in the car and leave door open so car could be moved to another location to have the work I originally wanted done to be completed!!! Well sure as it stinks they didn’t leave the key car couldn’t be towed and then was lied to my there GM manager Cesar that we never communicated that!!! Why would I have a tow truck drive come and not communicate where I wanted my key to be left!!! Like this is how y’all do business! You wanted me to act out of character because your employees lied to you and I’m upset about the service I have received!!! Please everyone in the area I am all about supporting small businesses but this one is not good for the area or our community!!! Liars and crooks and I am ashamed to have this business in our community to keep ripping off hard working people!!!

The team was awesome and very professional. I was new to the area and in need of a state safety inspection and help getting oversized tires mounted. The team recommended a shop that was able to help me and then I returned for my safety inspection. There was no wait and they took it inside for the inspection… had a coffee from the lobby and talked with the man at the counter. Soon my truck was done inspection and off I went. I will surely recommend this shop to my friends and be a regular for my automotive needs.
