I was extremely grateful to have assistance from a technician like Chris. I called into the dealership prior to coming in, and Chris was patient and knowledgeable talking me through suggestions that I generally felt were in my best interest. Upon arriving to the dealership, Chris continued to guide me through the best options to identify issues with my vehicle. He was transparent on timelines and potential conclusions. Not only did Chris assist me with finding the best solution for my issue, he ran additional tests on my vehicle to assure that everything else was looked at. A dealership isn’t always a place I am eager to go to, however, I plan to continue to go back to Radley for not only future issues but routine maintenance as well.

The service department was clean. The technician who helped me was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He helped me understand what was going on with my vehicle, took it in quickly, and gave me updates. I had service and a repair while I was waiting. There have been no issues with that service . My only trouble was finding the place. A Google maps review might be helpful to avoid customer frustrations.

I’m honestly surprised by the low ratings for this service center because my experience was excellent. Malik, my service advisor, was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. My car was completed on time, and they even went the extra mile by adding screws to secure my license plate at no cost—something small but really appreciated. I choose to bring my Honda here because their prices are better than the local Honda dealership, and the quality of service is better.

I was charged for a service I didn't fully understand due to a lack of clear explanation. The service department's explanation was insufficient, leaving me unclear about what I was paying for. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and created an unpleasant customer experience. I expect clearer communication from the service department in the future. May be it is time to find another Acura dealer

I’m only giving it a 3 star because of CHRISTOPHER GREEN he was amazing! If I could give him a 5 star I will if that was an option. When I first pulled in I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged and that’s not good. No one doesn’t speak or greet when entering this service center (they just look at you funny and keep working) , but Christopher was very welcoming. The only reason I’ll return here for service is because of CHRISTOPHER! Keep Christopher on the TEAM!!!!
