I went to this shop recently to get back bumper replaced. I had a great experience. Eric gave me a good price and told me they will get the part ordered and painted then contact me. A couple of days later they called me. I went in and they got it done in less than an hour. He even scraped off the wite paint on the other side my car ( from hitting a garage pole) for free and made it look so much better. The whole process was super easy. Eric was and honest and kind and so easy to work with. I highly recommend this shop!

Excellent service paired with great results, I can't recommend this business enough! I brought my Lexus in to repair damages from a fender bender along with a few other scratches and dents and the car almost looked brand new when I got it back. When I brought the car in, they looked over the car and was able to explain all of the work involved and provide an itemized quote (the official estimate was emailed very soon after I had left) along with how long it'd take. The process was quick and smooth and most importantly, I felt that the estimate provided was fair and that my car was in good hands. I picked the car up a few days later (on time!), and like I'd mentioned above, it looked better than ever. Tommy was there that day and he walked me through all of the fixes. There were some additional (minor) issues they found when they took the bumper off, but Ravensworth was able to resolve this with the insurance company on their own. I left feeling great - happy I had my car back in amazing shape and working with Tommy and his team was a pleasure.

Unbelievable! Such a great job replacing the front end of my Mercedes. Wasn’t expecting it to look brand new but WOW it does! Thought it would take weeks after the quote but it took less than 2 weeks. And the cherry on top was that they detailed it even on the inside. I cannot express my gratitude adequately! Very smooth experience from start to finish. They responded almost immediately to my email estimate request. I was then easily able to set up an appointment for an in-person estimate on the website. The appointment took less than 10 minutes. I dropped my car off a few days later and it was done in two days. Fahmi was super polite and easy to work with. As for the price, it seemed reasonable to me, but I was not the one paying so did not get any other estimates.
