I LOVE this place. I had a total tire blowout and the local service guy I hired (Sunrise towing), brought myself and my tire here to replace it. They gave me a great deal on a used tired and it had better tread than most of my other tires! Recently I managed to get a huge piece of metal through one of my tires, and I was freaking out. When I tried to fill the tire, I could feel the air blowing right out of the hole around the metal. I went to Redline and that stupid piece of metal was so big, it went through a tread and into the sidewall, so I needed a new tire. They even went to another place to get the right one - taking off my tire, checking it, going to get another one, and putting it back on my car, took less than 20 minutes. These guys are really great and they are good to repeat customers. Highly recommend!

Needed basic tires fast and they had them in stock. A couple of other places nearby only had tires around twice the price. They pulled the tires I needed and I was checked out and on my way in about 5 minutes. Staff was courteous and very helpful.

I see a lot of people complaining about the service, my experience was exactly what I needed. I was sent over by Moncar tire shop, they didn’t have the tire I needed and were kind enough to send me to Red Line. The man who helped me was not talkative, nor was he exceedingly giddy or warm by any means. He was quiet and to the point, he listened and he helped me very quickly. He even took the time and care to replace my donut in my trunk the right way, I was going to do it and he stopped me. So, lots of people I see complaining about service and attitude I understand why they think that, but in my opinion actions speak louder than words. He was a gentleman and he didn’t try to sell me anything or rip me off, he kindly listened and helped me and he gave me his name and even smiled when I thanked him and left. Some people are not very talkative and sometimes they may not be able to speak your language fluently, that’s possible, but there is no reason to take offense. The other guys were also helpful and friendly. Frankly, with my back pain and surgery, and hard days working around my own house, I’m not in the mood to talk or be pleasant let alone lifting tires and working on them all day. I thank this man from the bottom of my heart for not letting me lift that tire by myself and giving me a fair price and doing the job so quickly. I had to take my sons apple picking the next day for their birthday and I couldn’t have without that tire. Thank you Ivan for saving my back and my boys’ trip! And to the rest of the team for being helpful and pleasant. Plus they have a lovely garden out front in very crafty pots, I love that! Gardners have good souls and great taste! If you’re in the market for fast service and affordable tires don’t pass these guys up just for a couple of bad (butthurt) reviews, see for yourselves. If you’re looking for a showman or a host, then maybe don’t go to a tire shop. 😂 I will find out tomorrow I suppose if the tire is in good condition, I just need it to last me until I can replace all four in November, which is what I told him. God willing it will last, but I’m not expecting it to be a replacement for a brand new tire. On a side note, the supply of rubber is becoming more scarce, so I suggest you consider buying some spare (new or used) tires and gaskets while they are in supply and prices are still relatively reasonable. Get used to using used ones, things are not looking so great for the economy. 🎩

I put used tires on used cars daily 2 or 3 cars a day so i know prices how much they go for the tires on average depends on the tire size but this ppl who work here are the worst i don’t know if they up the price so they can packed the money but to expensive so never going back here Other Red Line location are not the same special in Waldorf location and capital hights are good people

Bought two used tires from here. On day one of driving on the highway the tire BLEW out completely. Not sure how old the tires they sell. Went to get it replaced, extremely rude. Told me there was probably a nail...so they sell tires with nails? And when asked about it, he said "buy a new tire". Look at the picture, does this look like a nail causing this damage? Look up "bingo tires" MUCH better service and product at that shop.
