I had a noise in my car which was resolved but the owner was dishonest he agreed to do everything for a certain price and then calls me and says this one part which is attached to another part that he changed which would have took another 10-15 minutes and he agreed to do it will cost another 600 dollars which made no sense and he said the bumper and others things will need to removed which wasn’t true and I checked online and with other mechanics. Then I said would you then consider lowering the price since you are removing one of the items that you agreed to install and he said no I can just put the old parts back on. Very disappointing experience he did make the noise go away which was good.

For honest, affordable, quality work...do yourself a favor and use this shop ONLY! Here it is on xmas eve, and I needed emergency brake service done for my truck (NO REAR BRAKES). Every shop I called said they could only get me in next week. Not these guys...as always they go out of their way to earn my business. Been servicing my vehicles here for years and will continue to do so. To you reading this review...if want to know your getting a quality job, look no further then Redline Japanese Auto. Where else can you go and get your oil changed, be in and out in less then 20-30 minutes!?? Pardon the language barrier because english is not their first language. But they all are is ASE Certified Master Technicians that understand fixing (almost any...can’t fix stupid customers thinking) problems, and treat you like a valued customer.

I originally found this place and came here because of a Groupon, but have been returning ever since. I have a Subaru and have loved the service that Danny provides. I choose to come back because he is always a nice guy and is very knowledgeable with cars. Most mechanics try to oversell or push agendas but here at Redline you always get great service for a great price, end of story.

I had an excellent experience with Red Line. They were fair, and as far as I can tell, do very high quality work. When I got my quote, the owner, Danny, actually took me out to my car and showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and repaired. I received a cost breakdown for each part, and the labor. Without a doubt, one of the best car repair experiences I have had.
