Back in 08/2024: Redline charged me $125 for a bounce test on my Honda Civic that took no more than 5 minutes to complete, with recommendation to replace the front struts and rear shocks followed by an alignment. All of this was quoted at ~$1,200, which I respectfully declined. I cannot speak to their quality of work as a mechanic shop; however, the 1 star review is due to the $125 diagnostic being just a 5 min bounce test!

My girlfriend took her 370z in to get the clutch and flywheel replaced. Picked it up yesterday and drove it this morning to find out the hazards aren’t functioning anymore. Opened the shift boot trim to find both of the wiring harness clips for Hazard and Sport mode taped up with white electrical tape. The only way I could make the hazards work was to shimmy the clips around. Sent the manager a message, and he had the audacity to say they look factory taped. If it was already taped, wouldn’t the shop let you know beforehand? Makes you wonder what else they aren’t saying.

Best shop around by far. Incredibly honest group of people. Fantastic rates with fast impressive work. Rare to find a shop like this one! 10/10 recommend! They'll tell you if a noise you hear should be fixed and not do unnecessary work. Willing to work on my modified mustang and interested to talk about project goals and how they can help by doing the work. I can't do much of the heavy lifting anymore, but these guys are happy to do the work and do it well with quick turnaround. This is the only shop I'll take my vehicles to any more!

Redline did an great, timely. And price appropriate alignment on my 1986 bmw. 10/10 would recommend them to my friends and family because of their honesty, turn over time, price, and general atmosphere of the shop and its employees
