Hey. Read this!! I owed $1195.00 in tickets. In their wall, it says: "The police had your car towed, not Redmans." Don't get mad at Redmans, my experience with them was nice. They said just get the tickets paid. The supervisor was also not rude. David Faust was very nice. Will at the front counter is nice. They didn't make it worst, they were neutral, but nice. Calm. Im a nurse and a minister and I use my car to help and deliver food to the people. These people at Redmans were nice and kind. They were just doing their job. ๐ป๐ป๐ฅน๐ฅน๐น

I never thought Iโd give a 5-star review to a towing company, but these guys simply did everything right. My registration was way expired, so the police spotted my car on the street, gave me a ticket, and called for a tow. The truck showed up early and towed it smoothly before I even woke up. When I went to pick it up I met Will - calm, friendly, chill dudeโฆ explained everything clearly. He showed me pictures, walked me through my options, and offered a helpful solution. I felt some empathy and treated me like a person - something you donโt often get with towing companiesโฆ I had to go to the DMV next door to get a permit, came back an hour later, paid $175, and got my car back in the same shape... For something that had to happen, it really wasnโt a bad experience at all. Thank you, Will. Keep being a kind and decent humanโฆ especially in a tough job like this where people, softly speaking, arenโt always kind to someone who towed their car.

Rude and unprofessional for no reason. If you need assistance stay then heck away. They have contracts with the county so their entitlement goes way too far. Itโs pathetic

Rudest guys in Northern Virginia. Staff canโt speak English. AVOID Redman like the plague.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure (note the sarcasm) of my car being towed to Redman Fleet Service Inc., 4000 S Four Mile Run Dr, Arlington, VA 22206. When I showed up the next day to retrieve my belongings, I was greeted, if you can call it that, by a delightfully unprofessional desk clerk. A Caucasian male, somewhere in the 30-40 age range, who seemed deeply offended by my mere existence. Now, I get it life is tough, jobs can suck, and sometimes people just arenโt thrilled to be at work. But is basic courtesy too much to ask? I was polite, yet this guy acted like I was personally ruining his day just by standing there. After an accident (which was not my fault, mind you), the last thing I needed was attitude from someone whose only job was to open the door and assist customers. Even my insurance agent commented on how horrendous their customer service was. So if you ever find yourself needing their "services," brace yourself because professionalism is clearly not part of their business model.
