I was in town from far away for some meetings. Saw I had a big screw in my front tire. I stopped in to Ricks and they were about 40 mins from closing. I asked if they could help me out and patch the tire so I could make it thru my day. The folks there are 100% excellent, they went and ahead patched my tire. Thank you for saving me. If I lived in this area of Warren County, I would take my cars to them for servicing. Thanks alot yall!

I had driven my antique car to VA from NJ for my sons wedding. Sure enough, the car died on the way to the wedding. I had the car towed to Rick's Saturday, left in in their lot, and had to return home Sunday. I spoke with Mark at Rick's on Monday, and explained the situation. He and his team could not have been nicer, and immediately made me comfortable with my 1957 Chevy being in their hands. They were top notch in every way, super professional, and took care of the car like it was their own. Great communication, and the price was remarkably more than fair. My only regret is that I do not live closer to be able to give them more business. These would absolutely be my go to guys!

My tire pressure was low and I didn't know if it was because of tire problems. So I searched on Google Maps and found Rick's, the closest tire shop to have them checked. I called first and the receptionist answered nicely. As soon as I pulled up to the shop, a technician named Jasper came and asked what I needed. I told him about my situation, and he quickly helped me to pump in all of my tires and said I was good! When he noticed my worn tires, he suggested me to go to my dealer for tire change. I was really impressed and appreciated Jasper's help and advice. From how they treated me, I am sure I will patronize this shop if my car needs any services in the future. Thank you, Jasper!

Absolutely amazing in every aspect. Noticed a nail in my tire in the middle of Shenandoah National Park and had to be back in Georgia that evening so I was on a tight timeline. Went to Ricks Auto and told them my issue and they got me in right away and patched the tire. I was very happy with the price and everyone there was friendly. I was back on the road and made it back to Georgia in time. Their waiting room is extremely nicely, couch coffee, TV. Didn’t spend much time there but I was impressed.

My girlfriend and I were on vacation in the area when we discovered a nail in her tire. I found Rick’s on Google Maps and called to see if they could fit us in. The guys were super nice and got her tire patched in about a hour. We went from a ruined vacation to a rescued vacation due to Rick’s awesome service.
