My family has been going to Nate for the last 9 years if that says anything. Up front, fast, professional and is more than fair with pricing. Never once been rude, always pleasant and the kind of person who will make the time if it's available. He's a great guy who puts out quality work. The one time there was an issue, he reimbursed me. I recently had an issue with my Audi on 29 driving home from DC to Cville. This was the closest place I could get to late on a weekend night. They were so kind and professional, helping me get my car (sadly not Japanese) to another local repair shop that could work on it. Very grateful for their support, especially since I am an hour away. I would definitely patronize them if I lived in Culpeper area!

The staff here is really great!! If there is a problem with your vehicle, tell them the problem, they will find the problem, tell you what the problem is, suggest the things that need to be repaired, and repair at a reasonable cost. They stand by their work and I will take all my vehicles there from now on. Forget the dealer. Go see Nate and his team, you will be quite pleased with their outstanding service. Thanks again Nate!!!
