This was my first visit to this station, for an oil change. I was able to make an appointment with no delay. Victor at the front desk is very welcoming and professional. The station is close to a bagel shop to pass away the hour, and the shop also provides car service home for big jobs. I am so glad a friend recommended this Sunoco shop.

Not recommended for electrical/ computer issues I recently had my Buick towed to Sunoco due to a starting issue. I requested a diagnostic service and repair, and they identified the problem as a faulty starter. Trusting their thorough diagnosis, I agreed to have the starter replaced at a cost of $1,059. However, when I went to pick up the car, it failed to start again. The service technician managed to get it running and assured me everything was fine. Unfortunately, the next day, my car broke down in the middle of my workplace parking garage. Given Sunoco's previous assurance, I decided not to return there and instead had the car towed to the dealership. The dealership diagnosed the issue as a faulty Engine Control Module. I was out of town on travel so my wife went back to Sunoco to request reimbursement for the cost of the erroneously replaced starter. However, the service manager dismissively stated that "no one is perfect" and suggested we should have returned to Sunoco despite their initial misdiagnosis and the car not starting after the so-called repair. Based on the service manager’s response, I would not recommend taking any repairs to them if you suspect there is an electrical/ computer issue associated with the problem. However, they seem to be competent with straight forward and simple mechanical repairs.

Great service good work and no up selling. Cannot recommend this place enough. Great value for money. If you need car work try here. Wish I had found this place when I first came to the area four years ago.

Best, respectful service out there! What a kind owner/manager and employees. I brought my car in for an inspection and discovered I needed brakes which makes sense as my car is 10 years old. Fair price and scheduled for the next day. Now, I LOVE my car and I think they love it too as it felt brand new when I picked it up! Will return to this Sunoco for any and every car need I have! Service and kindness cannot be beat. Anywhere!

I've been coming to this shop for 10 years, and they've ALWAYS taken great care of me and my vehicles, in which I've owned a couple, that they kept safe, up-to-spec and in great condition for daily driving. From major repairs to maintenance, in-the-like, they've always provided excellent service, were very informative on what work I needed done and always provided options and recommendations for servicing, labor and parts that worked with my budget. No sales pressure, no push for up selling, they genuinely care about you, your vehicle and your business. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. 2014 GMC Terrain
